Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Think Macro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website thinkmacro.co and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us in any way.

SMS / text message program summary. Think Macro LLC operates an SMS (text message) program. How users opt in: you opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website, or by texting us first — we never enroll a mobile number without that affirmative action. Message frequency: message frequency varies with your interaction with us, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in Section 4 below.

1. Information We Collect

  • Communications: messages you send us through forms, email, chat, or other channels.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, click patterns, and interaction with site features.
  • Cookies & tracking technologies: we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand traffic, measure campaign performance, and improve your experience. See Section 7 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested information.
  • Generate personalized AI readiness assessments and ROI projections.
  • Send transactional communications (confirmations, project updates, invoices).
  • Send marketing communications where you have opted in or where permitted by law, including email sequences, newsletters, and promotional offers.
  • Analyze website usage and optimize content, functionality, and user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers & Platforms

We use third-party platforms to deliver our services, including but not limited to CRM systems (GoHighLevel), email and SMS communication tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics), hosting providers, and payment processors. These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it.

Third-Party Data Providers & Industry Partners

We may share certain business and contact information with third-party data providers, technology vendors, and industry partners to enhance our service offerings, provide you with relevant solutions, facilitate integrations, or deliver co-marketed programs. When we share data with these parties, we require that they handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their own published privacy policies.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from this sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, data providers, or industry partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is shared only with the service providers who help us operate our messaging program, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose.

Legal & Safety

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

Our SMS program, how you opt in, and message frequency. Think Macro LLC operates an SMS (text message) program used to send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to your inquiries, service updates, and — with a separate opt-in — occasional marketing and promotional messages. You opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website, or by texting us first. We never enroll a mobile number in an SMS program without that affirmative action. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, typically only a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

Think Macro LLC operates two separate SMS programs, each with its own separate consent. Consenting to one does not enrol you in the other, and neither is a condition of purchase.

  • Transactional and informational messages — replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates about work you have asked us about or purchased.
  • Marketing and promotional messages — occasional offers and updates about our services. This is a separate program with its own separate opt-in.

How you opt in

We obtain your SMS opt-in through a consent checkbox on a web form on our website — for example our contact form at https://go.thinkmacro.co/contact. The form presents two separate consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default. Checking the first opts you in to transactional and informational messages only. Checking the second, which is optional and independent, opts you in to marketing and promotional messages. You may check either, both, or neither, and you may submit any form without checking either one.

Your opt-in is recorded with the date and time of submission. You may also opt in to transactional messages by texting us first. We never add your mobile number to an SMS program without one of these affirmative actions, and we do not use purchased, rented, or third-party lead lists. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other; reply STOP to stop all messages from us.

Frequency, cost, and help

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; Think Macro LLC does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at dane@thinkmacro.co or (208) 247-2659.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing dane@thinkmacro.co or calling (208) 247-2659.

How we handle your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers who help us operate our messaging program, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and participate in our SMS programs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting us directly.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (where applicable under state privacy laws).
  • Request a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dane@thinkmacro.co.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
