These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website thinkmacro.co and any services provided by Think Macro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

1. Services

Think Macro provides AI implementation, consulting, and managed installation services for businesses, including but not limited to: AI agent deployment, workflow automation, AI assistant configuration, analytics dashboards, CRM integration, and custom software development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements, proposals, or statements of work (“SOWs”) executed between you and Think Macro.

2. Eligibility

By using our site and services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the site without our written consent.
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Communications & Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry, your appointments, and your account. We do not send you text messages unless you have separately opted in by checking a consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first.

Two separate programs

Think Macro LLC operates two separate SMS programs, each with its own separate consent. Consenting to one does not enrol you in the other, and neither consent is a condition of any purchase.

  • Transactional and informational messages — replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates about work you have asked us about or purchased.
  • Marketing and promotional messages — occasional offers and updates about our services. This is a separate program with its own separate opt-in.

How to opt in

Our forms present two separate, unchecked consent boxes. Checking the first opts you in to transactional and informational messages only. Checking the second, which is optional and independent, opts you in to marketing and promotional messages. You may check either, both, or neither, and you may submit any form without checking either one. You may also opt in to transactional messages by texting us first.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Think Macro LLC does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers who help us operate our messaging program, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carriers and eligibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and participate in our SMS programs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, software, and the Think Macro brand identity — is the property of Think Macro or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Client deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created for your project. Think Macro retains the right to use anonymized or generalized versions of work product in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.

6. AI ROI Audit & Assessments

The AI ROI Audit and any similar assessments provided through the site are for informational and educational purposes only. Results, projections, and recommendations are estimates based on the information you provide and general industry benchmarks. They do not constitute financial advice, guarantees of performance, or promises of specific outcomes. Actual results will vary based on your business, implementation, market conditions, and other factors.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our services often involve integrating with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM systems, communication tools, analytics platforms, AI model providers). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We may share certain information with third-party data providers and industry partners as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never included in that sharing and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Payment Terms

Fees for services are outlined in individual SOWs or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in the SOW.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party’s confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law. Confidential information includes business data, strategies, technical information, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Think Macro’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or this site shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Think Macro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • In no event shall Think Macro be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Think Macro and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Service engagements may be terminated as specified in the applicable SOW or, in the absence of such terms, by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
